The problem with vitamin supplements: Part 6

In his series on vitamin supplements, Dr Pieter Dahler discusses supplement digestion, absorption and a dental connection.

How is your digestion? Specifically, how does proper digestion de-bond the chelated minerals mentioned?

I teach doctor groups to look at the blood pH reading to help inform people about that. It should be between 7.35 to 7.45 pH.  That is properly alkaline.  7.00 is the neutral pH.

A healthy bio-chemistry controls this reading with buffers. See this link and proceed to “Applications”.

REMINDER: that does not mean that your “body is alkaline” There are various area in and outside your body that absolutely need to be acidic.

If the blood pH leans to the lower end, you are “relatively” acidic, and your digestive ability is likely weak. You are likely not well absorbing nutrients from your small intestines tract into your blood.

That has further implications such as the creation of, or aggravation of an already presence of an Inflammatory Leaky Gut (Syndrome) or ILGS. This minimizes the absorption of vitamins and minerals needed for at least this Small Intestines’ gut lining constant need for repair. This lining is only a one delicate layer of cells, with very loose junctions between them.

You have heard of Ulcerative Colitis, and IBS.

This ILGS also allows for undigested proteins to enter the blood stream, and an allergic reaction begins, or is chronically aggravated.

The liver is the first to become inflamed in this situation, and quickly inflammatory cytokines are flowing throughout your itchy, reddish, etc. body.

That sets up an inflammation of a variable intensity and then adds to your “relative” acidity, which then makes digestion concerns worse over time.

And you do want to lower your inflammation load if you want to avoid cancer.

Here are two other available blood signs for the health of your digestion system. What are the levels of your inflammation indicators CRP and Homocysteine levels?

CRP = C-reactive protein.

Normal concentration for CRP in healthy human serum (blood) is usually lower than 10 mg/L, slightly increasing with advancing chronological age…but not necessarily so if you are healthy.

Normal levels for Homocysteine are in the range between 5 and 15 micromoles (a measurement unit of small amount of a molecule) per liter.

The overall result is malnutrition, also called dys-nutria, in our lands of plenty.

I already hear you think, “But if artificial and natural supplement have only the 3 to 5 basic elements in them then why is one more bio-compatible than the other?”

I say and can demonstrate with bio-diagnostic kinesiology, it is the many unique spacial / orbital relationships between these elements that create a specific and bio-compatible-available frequency.

That is what the cells’ outer membranes need to open themselves up for the access of nutrients. That is called assimilation.

Your very destructive, yet well designed digestive system (from mouth to rectum) is able to decompose many supplements into the 3 to 5 basic elements.

Only the natural sourced supplements will have carried the bio-compatible energetic values your various cell types really need to signal the production of their specialized bio-chemicals.

Once the foods’ proper synergistic energetics was recorded, these 3 to 5 physical elements become the same for incorporation into building elements for new bio-chemical products.

I said “destructive” digestive system because it is a virtual demolition experience, especially in the stomach where the acid is as strong as battery acid (about pH 2-4), to take all your food’s proteins apart for eventual use by your cells to keep you healthy.

Your intrinsic enzymes, as made by the pancreas, do the carbohydrates’ dismantling.

The bile, made in the Liver and stored in the Gallbladder, take care of fats.

The artificial supplement products are just useless baggage of high dollar valueminus the invaluable Placebo effect of course. You could be getting your carbon, oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen more cheaply just from any kind of food, even from dirty air and water.

It is the quality of their orbital matrix, the Life Force, which makes a health-promoting difference.

And remember that these artificial food-supplement bullets cause inflammation wounds and inflammatory cytokines release.

Here is a not well-known dental connection in the overall supplements’ benefits equation.

If you decide to use a supplement product that has earned your confidence that it has met the criteria for the product manufacturing process as described in part 5, I have two important dental recommendations to help you increase the health-enhancing value of your chosen supplements.

They follow this brief introduction.

These dental suggestions do not offer benefits for artificial supplement users.

And it does not help if you just swallow your superior natural supplements.

You do have to chew most of these types if they are not in a capsule of perle form.

Do you know what dental plaque is?

It is that creamy, velvety, acids producing scum that grows behind your lower front teeth and on the cheek side of your upper back molars, if you do not brush and floss at least once a day.

Already present plaque can increase in growth and begin to harden within 20 minutes in a dirty mouth, and it takes 24 hours to start in a healthy mouth that has not been brushed within 24 hours.

Plaque is loaded with very well-organized mouth gangs of many types of bacteria and Candida fungus.  They are having a party in your mouth at your expenseif you let them.

They send continuous bad energetics throughout the mouth, throat and way beyond.  That is how you have heard that cancer, heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, mental disorders, erectile dysfunction, and some such health challenges, are related to problems in the mouth.

When you plan to take a super high quality, naturally derived food supplement, you need to remember always that what your real intent is that you are sending that spiritual energy from Mother Nature over your lips and into your body, which is as you know a physical manifestation of a spiritual energy.

Natural food or therapeutic supplementation is like regularly re-charging your batteries, which are the ATP-energy molecules producing mitochondria in your cells.

NOTE: again, natural food supplements should ideally, and money and health-value wise, be chewed for maximum benefit.

Why again?

Because your hypothalamus gland needs to critically recognize what energetically and physically goes into your body..

That is why chewing your food well is important because it gives more time to get registered.

When you chew a supplement, and if there is even a hint of plaque, you are confusing an already unhappy, perhaps an exhausted hypothalamus (from having to put up 24 / 7 / 365 with that messy energy-draining plaque party below it) and you are not getting the full spectrum energetics of the supplement to come to work for you, down under.

Actually the hypothalamus is so occupied with being clinically depressed that it cannot send the proper messages to activate your body with critical hormones and enzymes production, for the maximum use of your foods and supplements.

The frequencies of good nutrients are drowned out / jammed by the bad germs’ frequencies.

You could think of it as a chalkboard already full of writing upon which you need to write more for new information to a class. Rather hard to decipher I would say.

Eating food and chewing supplements with a dirty mouth is like “hacking” your health potential.

The result is that every organ, gland and system lined-up in the bio-chemical, hierarchical order, will suffer. That glands hierarchy consists in the descending order of the pineal, hypothalamus, pituitary, thyroid, thymus, liver, adrenals, belly fat, gut, and gonads.

Dental health and your proper, daily cleaning habits are very important for your overall health.

With bad hygiene in the mouth, your body is sort of just limping about with low energy; you being moody, and feeling low-grade sickly.

And believe you me, many people think that feeling lousy like that is normal or unavoidable.

Heck, so many others feel and act that way that it must be normal, many of us rationalize.

I say no. You can feel great all the time.

There is a lot to be done about illness de-believing and de-patterning.

More doctors or therapists should incorporate this energetics short-circuit connection in their patients’ knowledge base.

Now, to the core of the two dental suggestions.

This is valid, assuming that your mouth is healthy and you brush properly at least once a day.

The HOW:

Brush your teeth and gums gently without toothpaste (never ever use paste with Fluoride! And do not use alcohol based mouthwash) before you chew your supplements.

Rinse with clean (filtered) water.

Not with city water, it has chlorine, fluoride and discarded prescription drugs in it.

Then chew your tablets.

RESULT: you will have fewer not-so-nice germs sabotaging your attempts to be and stay healthy.

NOTE: May I also suggest that when you eat natural foods that you brush your teeth before you mindfully sit at the table.

Better and best yet, add the following habit before you brush and take your supplements.

This unique Ayurvedic practice is what you might consider as a daily habit.

Do what is called the practice of the “Oil Pulling” rinse.

NOTE: throughout that writing there is a misspelling of the oil to use. It should say SESAME oil.

RESULT: an additional benefit is that you have coated your teeth with some fat that prevents bacteria from attaching to them.

If you have had dental restorations made, than that is especially protective, as the edges of anything artificial like fillings, crowns and bridges--is an easy spot for bacteria to find shelter under.

The second suggestion is to regularly restock your good mouth bacteria with a PROBIOTIC rinse.

Such a product comes in a creamy-liquid form (and should have been refrigerated at the store, and continued so at home)

One tablespoon, swish for one minute, and swallow for an additional benefit down below.
