Food and cancer: Part 4

In the fourth part of his series, Dr Pieter Dahler looks at cancer prevention with herbs and simple to grow at home plants.

There are the 7 Spiritual Laws of Plants which govern our own spiritual laws we need to live by in order to be and stay loving, healthy, well and illness free.

Basically, naturally and lovingly grown, timely harvested and properly prepared foods contain all the information we humans and our animal companion friends need to maintain our sanity and be symptom free.

This information is in the form of the observable properties of biophotons, DNA and protein, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antioxidants and other-named biochemicals.

All of these are in the realm of Energy.

Physical things as we see, touch, smell, taste, sense and hear them, are manifestations of Universal-Cosmic Energies…The Life Force.

But there is a finite time in which these have their peak value to us.

From an Original Man / Paleolithic perspective we are today behaving in ways that is simply not recognized as a way that is coming from a place of awareness, nor from common biological sense, and thus be able to take full advantage of this value.

I pointed those out in the previous 3 parts of this series.

In the Western societies we are consciously and unconsciously committing health self-castration and early-grave, slow suicide with our overall lifestyles.

Before I point out how each of us can maximize the value of the earlier mentioned physical properties in the food we need to eat, let me point out something else our Foundation has learned over nearly four decades of being among the civilization-untouched natives of Latin America.

Real functional food also involves intent

We learned that those among us who do not prepare our own nutritional needs, live a life of lower health quality and shorter lives of which the end is often agonizingly uncomfortable...not to mention expensive.

With that I mean that on a greater than 50% occurrence, they have others grow and prepare their daily quality (!-?) foods for them.

That means eating a low to zero nutritional quality breakfast out of a cereal box, or donuts with coffee and a cigarette, pancakes and syrup, a “nutritionally” reinforced yoghurt or cereal bar, etc.

The lunch meal is either prepared by someone else as in a restaurant, a fast food chain, from a mobile snack truck, or brown-bagged by a loving spouse.

The evening meal is commonly similar in that it is usually prepared by others than ourselves.

What is the message being sent to your body and mind by such actions other than a “do it to me” kind of Intent (a better word is subordination)?

Have we become too lazy to establish health and maintain being healthy? Is the message: “Here, have some physiologically incompatible garbage to fill you up.”

By the way, that is the same way we approach medical care. A prevention lifestyle vs “do it to me” with drugs, surgery and psychotherapy. It is so much easier to do the latter.

Have we really become so lazy and so submissive to the greed of commerce, and too busy to be healthy?

In a cartoon I saw a doctor ask a client: “What fits your busy schedule better, preparing your own food needs and exercising one hour a day, or being DEAD 24 hours a day?”

We always need to understand that Original Man had to gather and hunt (exercise) for its pure nutritional needs. We are today no different biochemically, and in the same need of movement than those ancestors.

Movement, exercise is a nutrient.  It moves our physiology and biochemistry.

Today we have become commercially lulled into, and accustomed to a health-destroying lifestyle via a “normalcy bias”.

One example of this is that we are overlooking / neglecting / shrugging off the importance of listening to our bodies as they sound the alarms via their-our signs and symptoms.

We walk this life in oblivion to the many unknowns happening inside our bodies that could and do instantly kill us.

We tip-toe through the many “near misses” we have with death due to our own ignorance and the deceit and greed perpetrated by Big Medicine and Big Pharma.

Garbage in, garbage out

Understand that the body knows from the original Intent of creation-evolution (?) what it needs bio-chemically. (?) = what you believe.

Nature-God-the Universe (?) intended the Original Man’s natural environment to provide the human and animal body with the basics.

When we study the nutritional components of the plants that were present in Paleolithic time, nothing is different from the same ones we can still find today.

Note: we find such plant remnants deep down in the Artic and Antarctic, as they at one time were experiencing tropical temperatures. We even find such intact plant material under the hugely tall and receding glaciers in Peru.

The only difference is that today we do not have to go gather or hunt for them. The only other difference is that many of vegetables and fruits today are engineered versions of the original stock.

They are grown at and shipped from hundreds of miles away from where most of us live in hygienically and in comfort.  More of “do it to me”

For that we pay a slow and surreptitious, but eventually an obvious price.

Understand that the nutritional value of vegetables and fruits is finite.

Enzymes, which catalyze bio-chemical reactions in us, are weakened and inactivated about four (4) hours after being harvested. Vitamins are changed or become inactive about four (4) days after harvesting.

How long has it been since the plant foods in stores have been harvested, stored, shipped and displayed for purchase? And how long have you had them in your fridge?

Foods that have a shell or skin are less affected by time deterioration.

Even when I go to local Farmers’ Markets and ask when their “fresh” produce was harvested, it is usually the day-night before. Then they are not properly stored, often exposed to the sun’s warmth during the market session.  And what is not sold is displayed the days thereafter…as it wilts in boxes or bags.

Both enzymes and vitamins are destroyed at temperatures above about 115° F (±44? C) for enzymes and 140°F (±70°C) for vitamins.

Note: when I test vegetable and fruit produce kinesiologically and “ask” the content quality and quantity of them, I am saddened by their serious diminished or total lack of nutritional value.

Their spiritual energy is gone.

And what is frustrating is that most people, even doctors who profess a certain plant-based lifestyle, are not conscious of this time-distance (harvest to display) nutrition discrepancy.

It is a modernity fallacy to depend on the food value from our current access to foods. You cannot tell a vegetable’s nutritional value by its outward appearance…usually. There are too many ticks now that can make them look attractive and thus sellable.

Suggestion: convince your health food sources to pick the produce, then quickly put the bottom of the stalks in some natural (spring) water, or at least wrap them with a wet cloth.

Plants and most trees get the water they need via capillary action, which can draw the water to tremendous height when needed.

The simple, current circumstances-driven reality is that our vegetable and fruit food sources are rather deficient in expected nutritional value.

What we read in books and magazines about this-and-that food’s nutritional benefit does not live up to its professed quality or quality.

Here is what to do. Here is your opportunity compass. Here is: what can prevent a health problem can also reverse it, because all of healing is restoring energetic balances and flow.

It is not very hard to grow simple, nutritious foods and prepared them to satisfy the ±50% “do it yourself” type of thinking, and send the right messages to your body: “I really love and value my life and my body, which is the temple of my mind”

You would need a place with a window, patio, or balcony facing the south…where the sun shines from east to west. There you plant easy-to-start-and-grow wheatgrass, watercress, one plant type and some herbs.

Perhaps you can join a community garden, or ask for a spot in a neighbor’s garden, or make room on the rooftop of your house or apartment-condo-office building.

Herbs: in part 3, I mentioned that we need to frequently infuse our bodies with electrons.

The reasons and ways our natives grow many various herbs and prepare them for storage and consumption is based on the fact that most herbs whether fresh or dried and cut, emanate powerful electron bursts.

I give you a list of the most potent electron donors at the end of this article.

When on the road in Latin America, the mobile clinics have a large stock of many dried herbs. They are properly stored in one pound holding plastic bags made of dark material. Note: the herbs you buy in health food stores which are in small clear bags are sadly pretty much useless…due to mishandling and long-term light exposure.

Another note: That is why you should buy olive oil in the darkest possible glass bottles.

The best would be if the glass was brown. If the glass is green, then always store the oil in a dark place between uses.

When we scoop out a small sample of these herbs, they display a fascinating burst of energy coming from the scooper. The energy from the powder or cut leafs literally springs out / erupts into the open. It wants to serve you to fulfill its Spiritual Laws, and bestow you with Nature’s electron-biophoton gifts.

Amazingly this effect can last a long time when the herbs are kept energetically safe…6 to 12 months at least.

But, but…herbs bought in cellulose capsules do not do this.

Wheatgrass has about 40 well-known properties.  Among them is Abscisic Acid. Doctors who pursue the late Dr. Virginia Livingston (MD) cancer therapy protocol, prescribe it in supplements.

The problem is that by itself in pill form, this acid (a hormone) is a foreign substance to the body and less functional than eating-drinking a bit of wheatgrass-juice every day when you get all the complimentary co-factors that make it work…as Mother Nature intended it.

Our natives grow wheatgrass in plastic trays, about 5x14x32 inches, such as in which you store clothes.Put in some good, rich soil, spread the seeds densely, water wisely (use a hydrometer!), sun light, and voila within 2-3 days they pop up, and within about 8 days you can start harvesting them.

Natives and our doctors just snip a half handful, chew the young blades for their rich juice and swallow the fibrous remains in small bits to get the rest of the loaded synergistic benefits.

Note: Wheat when sprouted is no longer a gluten problem.

With that, if possible, have a small, cherry-sized tomato, and a young leaf of a beet plant.

The tomato is for taste as well as for the  discovered 799 biological activities tomatoes have. Small, because you want to avoid the saponins and lectins found in larger tomatoes, which can harm your Small Intestine lining and cause the dangerous Leaky Gut Syndrome.

Tomatoes also reduce fats in the blood (new research findings of 2011) The young beet leaves are for the rich content of Betaine in them. You have heard of homocystine?

Homocystine is known for its presence as a response to inflammation. It needs to be converted to methionine (an essential amino acid). If it is not converted, it causes fat to accumulate in the blood and will damage organs and glands…inflammation. Undue inflammation is part of the process of starting cancers.

Betaine is needed for this conversion.  Young beet leaves are the richest plant source of it.

Young does not mean the huge leaves you can buy at a store. It means small in size.

It also converts blood fats to glucose for energy. A win-win situation.

How many people might be on drugs to control inflammation or a condition called dyslipidemia, when a little plant leaf can help so much better and without the side effects?

Note: You would still have to understand and control the major causes of your chronic inflammation however.

Beet plants are extremely easy to grow. Rich soil, space and drop the seeds, cover them, sun light and water. We grow them for almost a year long.

Watercress is also easy to grow and has a unique property (HIF) of shutting down a cancer start and its blood-supply needed progress. This link will teach you more about it.

Watercress has about 50 biological properties for a valuable source of nutrition, and when you grow it in your south-facing windowsill together with wheatgrass and some herbs, you intentionally do yourself loving nutritional wonders.

Proteins and their amino acid building blocks are essential to every tissue in the body.

When we miss even one, the body seeks it from existing sources, resulting in a gradual breakdown of the pirated body tissues (glands and organs).This breakdown (catabolism) results in damage to such tissues and creates antigens and resulting auto-antibodies.

A whole “new” science of how to manage our auto-antibodies is emerging.

It tells us that we need to do things nutritionally (not with drugs) on a regular basis to prevent these auto-antibodies from actually destroying our own body (auto-immune ((=self-destruction)) diseases).

And / or worse, tissue-specific auto-antibodies grow such tissues in other locations in the body and cause havoc there. Note: a host of weird health and mental problems are now being associated with, for example, kidney tissues growing in the liver…or how about in the brain?

This science also tells us that we cannot rely on a purely plant-based nutritional intake pattern (diet) to accomplish great healthgevity and younggevity. (Yes, I spelled that correctly!)

Plants do not have these “tissue-specific”, anti-auto-antibody “nutrients” (called PMGs) to prevent this surreptitious, internal, autoimmune destruction.

Note: some astute food and clinical scientists knew (suspected) this since the late 1800s.

So there is nothing “new” about it, it is just that we now have better means to prove this.

Yes, we are held hostage to proper protein sources; selection; preparation, mixing and delivery; thorough chewing and digestion; absorption; assimilation and re-assembly (anabolism).

Repeat, every tissue is in some part made with a quality protein. Also, quality protein needs to protectively and functionally surround our genetic material.

So, please choose your proteins wisely and completely…to be free of worry about your health.

Every meal (underlined, bolded and capitalized) should have a complete protein source in it.

Otherwise you live on borrowed time.

I say that because you neither protect yourself from autoimmune damage at the inflammation- occurring, antigen-production stage, nor repair yourself from natural breakdown which is always ongoing, nor protect yourself from tissues growing in areas they should not be able to do so!

In 1971 he graduated from the University of California, San Francisco, Dental School, as a Dentist and in 1974 from the US Navy Post Graduate School in Oral Surgery and Medical Anesthesiology. He was in private dental practice until 1991. Between 1969-1991, he spent vacations in Mexico taking care of a volunteer medical-dental project with a growing force of doctors and volunteers.
