How your glands could make you cancer prone

In this second and final part of Dr Pieter Dahler’s article, he explains how to protect your glands from disease. 

I encourage you to first read Part 1 of this two-part article. 

In the 1950s we learned that each gland is influenced by our words, by mood, feelings, touch, a sense, a thought, humor, a belief, by foods and drinks, what we read and listen to, and so on. 

Our glands can become variably over-active or under-active due to those influences.

It is the various, specific and matching Energetics vibrations /frequencies (Life Force) of them at play here.  It is “like energy seeks like energy” as in the Homeopathy healing modality. 

Repetition and good- or mis-use of them affected you previously, and affects you today.

Those influences can make you healthy, obese, cause cancer and other health challenges.

We might observe that you have a “cancerous personality” (being crabby) as much as that you have a “happy, healthy disposition”. 

Your “gut feelings” come from the energetics of intuitive glands. 

Expressions you frequently say, i.e. “you make me sick”, reveal moody or sick glands.

Loving and gratitude expressions show that you have healthy glands. 

Those differences, it is suggested, also determine the locations of diagnosable cancers. 

Our Foundation’s research suggests that when people have a “cancer”, they have the causes of cancer all over the body and mind. 

But few have done their homework to think of it that way.

To think otherwise is to look at the body in “compartments”, i.e. medical specialties.  That is called “reductionist” thinking, i.e. reduce it to the smallest common denominator / where-I-can-see-it location. 

The body-mind-Spirit does not work that way. 

Our research also revealed that glands have various degrees of dominance over us.  Such dominance also determines what kind of other illness we have or are working toward.

(Yes, we do “work” to keep ourselves healthy or make ourselves ill!) 

What we Foundation doctors do to help someone with a health concern is, we first find out extensively why, and then decide, with natural means, which gland(s) need to slow down, and which we need to speed up.

We also advice sound broad-spectrum detoxification procedures. 

Using energy-balancing approaches we correct blockages which prevent health-promoting flow. 

Then we can get a smooth mental-emotional and physical performance from them. 

That would be the beginning of a spiritual harmony we would desire for a body and mind that can live in peace with the trillions of microbes that we are. 

There are an estimated 500 species of microbes just in the gut, and their combined weight is about 3-5 pounds. 

Always remember that our microbes are very opportunistic.

Research indicates that it takes five seconds for soil-borne microbes to infest food we dropped on the floor. As they say in Spanish: “Lo beso el Diablo.” (The Devil kissed it.)

It is proposed that a body and mind that is “out of energetic harmony” provides for a fertile growing medium / “soil” for our opportunistic microbes.  

Could we say that we literally “dropped the health ball” and it is now infested with (opportunistic, microbes-causing) illness? 

We would be wise to learn to support our glands with the appropriate language, emotions, actions and foods, which are nature-intended for them to be in a healthy, happy mood. It is the survival instinct for the body to be healthy. 

If you do not value self-preservation with your behavior, why should the spiritual energy which materialized into physical you, care? 

As the natives say: “a spirit will find another body to learn its many lessons.” 

Foods and the thyroid gland 

We know that the thyroid gland controls many of the other glands. And it has modulating feedback from them as well. 

The thyroid is the one that “connects” many other glands. It is the health and life match-maker. A healthy Thyroid is the one that helps establish harmony in the body.

We focus on what not to do, and thereby keep the thyroid healthy. 

Note: from our 38 years of population studies we learned that 85?% of people living in modernity have dominant or exhausted thyroids.

That should be no surprise, as the following anti-thyroid foods are dominant in our western cultures and should be avoided to keep a healthy thyroid well:  refined sugars and grains, caffeine, alcohol (which metabolizes into sugars) and tobacco.  

And look at the run-around stresses of modern life…via the hypothalamus and pineal glands we literally destroy ourselves. 

The scope of these writings in The Scavenger is to give educational, survival, young-feeling, whole health information; they are NOT meant to give medical therapeutic advice. 

Seek competent whole-body analysis and advice to educate yourself about your glandular imbalances and their effective, natural remedies.

Words that aid in slowing down an aggravated, or hyper thyroid, and ones that can boost an exhausted thyroid. Use words that express: trust, love, calm, peacefulness, confidence, forgiveness, and harmony. Use words in thoughtful sentences that are relaxing, resolute, develop connectedness, and show bravery and high self-esteem. 

Actions that aid in keeping a healthy thyroid well: vigorous exercise that is of several short, variably intense durations.   

When you read something keep your head up, i.e. do not bend it down so as to constrict the blood or nerve flow to and from the thyroid.

Note: a bend-down neck position also constricts blood to the brain where the Thyroid precursor glands are. 

I build a small stand to help hold a book at near eye-level. In our natives’ schools we have specially made “reading boxes” on their desks, to do the same. 

While attending the gardens our natives bend their backs, which are strong because of their emotionally healthy muscles, and thus can keep their head-neck positions straight. 

Do things regularly that put action behind your health-promoting words. Practice random and deliberate kindness. 

By doing these you are telling your body and mind that you are serious about wanting a healthy body that is free of health worries, and one in which you can have confidence to perform as the temple of your mind. 

That translates into harmony among all its parts…microbes included. 

Saying: “I am centered and safe in the inner home of myself” wards off discord and illness. 

Pieter Dahler DDS, MD, ND (hon), PhD was born in 1942 in Indonesia and lived in a jungle setting until 1947. He emigrated to the USA in 1962. In 1971 he graduated from the University of California, San Francisco, Dental School, as a Dentist and in 1974 from the US Navy Post Graduate School in Oral Surgery and Medical Anesthesiology. He was in private dental practice until 1991. Between 1969-1991, he spent vacations in Mexico taking care of a volunteer medical-dental project with a growing force of doctors and volunteers. 

He has undertaken three PhDs in subjects related to nutritional-cultural-sociology, from Latin America and in 2002 organized the Foundation for the Development of Healthy Teeth in a Healthy Body, Mexico. The Foundation has a research department for doing and compiling comprehensive native and western population studies. To date, 470 Latin American doctors and thousands of volunteers give their time to 150,000 natives.
